Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, cleansed with rosemary smoke, and wrapped in recycled tissue. We ship Monday through Thursday — never on a new moon, when the workshop rests.

Returns

Unopened goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping. Candles, herbs, oils, and tarot decks (once unsealed) are final sale — these tools begin their work the moment they meet your hands.

If a crystal arrives chipped or a bottle broken, write to us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement under the next waxing moon.
